Powder-Coated Aluminium Frames

Keeping your powder-coated aluminium frames looking their best is effortless:

  • Rinse with clean water using a garden hose, then allow to air dry.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
  • For a more thorough clean, use mild soapy water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Rinse well and dry completely.

Fibre-Cane Weave

Maintain the beauty of your fibre-cane weave with these simple care tips:

  • Rinse the furniture with a hose and allow it to dry naturally in the sun.
  • For a deeper clean, use a soft, non-abrasive cloth with mild soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and let it dry completely.

Technical Rope Weave

To keep your technical rope weave looking its best:

  • Gently dust with a soft, damp cloth for routine care.
  • For heavier dirt or grime, clean with warm water and a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid. Rinse well and allow to air dry.

Cushions

Maintain the look and longevity of your cushions with these simple care guidelines:

  • Treat spills and stains as soon as possible to prevent permanent marks.
  • Always rinse thoroughly to remove any soap or bleach residue after cleaning.
  • Regularly vacuum or brush off dust and debris.
  • Rotate cushion covers occasionally to minimise fading and uneven wear.
  • Wash cushion covers periodically to prevent mildew and mould. All covers are removable and machine washable. Always air dry completely before use.
  • Store cushions in a dry, weatherproof space when not in use.
  • Avoid using pressure washers, as high pressure may trap moisture and encourage mould or mildew.

Table Tops

Keep your table tops looking flawless with these simple care tips:

  • Always use heat-resistant placemats to protect surfaces from direct heat.
  • Wipe down daily with a soft cloth and a gentle household surface cleaner.
  • Avoid abrasive scrubbers or solvent-based cleaning products.
  • For tougher grime, clean with warm water and a mild dishwashing liquid. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.

Covers

Protect and prolong the life of your covers with these essential care guidelines:

  • Ensure all furniture is completely dry before fitting covers — moisture from rain, cleaning, or humidity must fully evaporate to prevent mildew.
  • In humid conditions, air out your furniture regularly to avoid trapped moisture.
  • Even minimal residual moisture can activate spores within the upholstery or between fabric layers, leading to mould growth. It’s crucial that all surfaces are thoroughly dry before covering.
  • Clean covers frequently to remove leaves, bird droppings, and general debris. Regular cleaning helps prevent mould and mildew while extending the life of the fabric.

Moving Furniture

To avoid damage and preserve the integrity of your furniture, always move it with care:

  • Never drag or drop furniture — always lift and place it gently.
  • When lifting, support the piece from underneath the base.
  • Avoid lifting or pulling from the arms or backrest, as this may cause structural damage.

Damage Due to Misuse

To ensure the longevity and safety of your furniture, please handle each piece with care:

  • Avoid standing or jumping on furniture. All legs or feet should rest evenly on the ground to provide proper support.
  • Do not pull, stretch, or strike the rope or fibre-cane with hard or sharp objects, as this may cause damage.
  • For pieces with concrete tops, ensure they are placed on a level surface with all legs or feet in contact with the ground to prevent stress or cracking. Cracking.
