If you notice any issues with your furniture, please contact us:

Email us clear images of the damage so we can assess whether the item qualifies for repair under warranty.
Please note that transport costs for sending furniture in for repairs are not covered by guarantees or warranties.
If an on-site repair is possible, a call-out fee will apply.
Repairs resulting from external factors, such as wind damage, will be charged accordingly.
